in short 'yes',i to ... in short 'yes',i to used to powerlift when i first started getting? inked and as you stretch you skin [bigger muscles] you do create little gaps in the lines,being ripped will be the best way to be muscular and have tatts as your skin is less likely to be over stretched...and 'NEVER' train until fully heal'd ,at least 2 weeks,sux i know,you have to let the scare tissue heal,or you can open the scab cause it to bleed and get infection..if have more questions just ask
